The Villager, Minsterworth’s Monthly Magazine - Standards
If you would like to submit an article for the Villager Magazine, please see the required standards for submissions here:
We have a steering group that are trying to broaden The Villager magazine’s content, increase the number of authors/writers and make editing easier. We have come up with a few standards for authors/writers that we’d like to introduce to help us to this end. (These can be found below).
We are also trying to keep the magazine at a regular length of 20 pages which include the front and back cover.
After setting the general standard of one page per article, we acknowledge, that on occasions you may need your article to be longer or shorter. Please let us know in advance if that is the case and we will try to accommodate.
We will have the same standards for those who do ADHOC articles, which we welcome and need to keep the magazine board in its contents.
Please pass this info on to anyone you may know who wants to contribute to the magazine. We are trying to put together a schedule of articles so that we are no longer chasing at the last minute. If you or someone you know wants to do an article, even if it is later on in the year, could you let us know and we can put it into the schedule.
Standards to be Used:
