We are announcing an increase in our hourly and wedding package rates for new bookings made from 1st May 2025 to: Parishioner Hourly Rate = £11.50 Non-Minsterworth Parishioner Hourly Rate = £17.50 Wedding Package 3-Day Rate = £750.00 For more information, please click HERE |

Please note: The minimum hire period for weekdays is 2 hours, and at weekends, it is 4 hours
Booking request steps:
1. Create new hire enquiry by clicking on the above button and then choose a hire date by clicking on the small cross in the appropriate date box.
2. Create a personal account. (If you are not already registered, this can be done by clicking on the date of your required booking and following the registration form.)
3. Enter full hire request details, and confirm the terms and conditions.
4. Acknowledge if a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) for selling alcohol is required.
(A 'TEN' is a way that you can get permission to sell alcohol or provide entertainment or late night refreshment on a temporary basis for your event.
To get permission, the person organizing an event needs to complete a Tewkesbury Borough Council TEN application
no later than 10 working days before the day on which the event is to start
together with a fee of £21.

5. The hire details will be reviewed by the Booking Secretary and confirmed when accepted and an invoice will automatically be sent to you.
6. Review your booking status in the calendar at any time by clicking on your event.
