Ticket Sales
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
This policy refers to ticketed events planned and presented by Minsterworth Village Hall only:
· If the event is cancelled by MVH (or by any organisation booked by the Hall, or is cancelled due to any legal change/mandate in Covid restrictions initiated by Government) then a full refund will be offered.
· If you buy tickets and are then unable to attend for any other personal reason, these are the options available to you:
- Try to sell the tickets yourself, and let us know to whom they have been sold
- Ask us to resell the tickets on your behalf. (We can only do this if the event is sold out)
- If the event is sold out, we will endeavour to sell your tickets to people on our waiting list.
- If we manage to resell your tickets by any of the above routes, we will refund your initial purchase
We are unable to refund ticket prices for any other circumstances.
