The Village Hall Committee has developed robust arrangements to enable the Hall to remain open, subject to restrictions imposed by the government and local restrictions.
The Committee has worked hard to ensure the Hall is ‘COVID-Secure’ in order to adhere to government guidelines. This has involved drafting risk assessments and special terms and conditions of hire. While the Village Hall remains open there will continue to be restrictions on its usage and additional stipulations for the terms and conditions of hire.
Physically the Hall has been fitted with hand-soap dispensers, hand sanitiser dispensers and paper towel holders.
We would ask you to make use of the sanitisers and if you feel unwell for any reason, do not attend an event.
The Committee is confident that they have taken every step possible to make the Hall a safe venue and look forward to welcoming people back, albeit subject to any government restrictions that may be applied, in some cases at short notice, in the future..
